National Dialogue in DR Congo & Power transfer to New Leaders.
Royal decree #5
On June 23rd, in the royal decree 3, we announced the change of power in Democratic Republic of the Congo (Divine Kingdom of Kongo).
The planned National Dialogue should not be the one planned from the CENCO and ECC, neither the one from the leaving power of Felix Tshisekedi Tshilombo and his government, nor the one planned by political parties.It is a dialogue foreseen by Almighty and Supreme God Himself. This dialogue is about to hand over "Affaires" on the hands of a young man, who is the incarnation of the Supreme God NYAMUZINDA, whom I am the king and representative.
He is the one who will hand over the power to the king. From that moment, I will come back to the country to organize my government.
