ROYAL DECREE #3: Change of Power in DR Congo

We are announcing to the national and international public that the power has fallen in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

From today, June 23rd, 2026 the new power is held in hands of a mystical young man, MURHABAZI MUFUNGIZI Moïse, 34 years old who is the incarnation of the Almighty God NYAMUZINDA. Undestood, He's The Supreme Guide and Marvelous Advisor.
The Leader of the country is the Divine King BAKAMARHE BATUMIKE MUSHAMALIRWA Désiré, 55 years old.

From today the country changes its name and becomes "The Divine Kingdom of Kongo".

Instructions:

1. We are asking all citizens to remain calm and peaceful.
2. All institutions are officially suspended, but activities will continue as normal, everyone remains in his functions until further instructions.
3. We are asking the police and the army to maintain peace and order in all the country.
4. Every threat to peace and order will not be tolerated, will be punished and used as example to all.
