These terms exclusively govern sales through the FAROBAK website. They apply to consumers with full legal capacity. They cover all orders placed on FAROBAK. FAROBAK is not the producer or the manufacturer of the products; product descriptions (photos, specifications, etc.) are based on information provided by the supplier. Nevertheless, FAROBAK ensures compliance with current quality and manufacturing standards. If a product or its characteristics differ from the item received, please refer to our refund policy. These terms are presented in English.
Section 1 - Steps to Conclude an Online Contract
Online Ordering
Browse the pages of our site and add desired items to your cart by clicking “Add to Cart.” At any point, you can proceed to checkout by clicking “Payment.”
Contract Validation
Clicking “Payment” triggers a confirmation message summarizing your selected products and options. On this page, you may update your cart (modify quantities or remove items) or proceed by checking “I accept the GTS” and “Secure Payment.” Ensure that all information, especially delivery details (address, access codes, phone numbers), is correct. Collecting identification details (first name, last name, email, billing info) helps streamline the contract process. Customers may save their details for future orders by checking “Save my details for next time.”
To continue, click “Proceed to Shipping Method,” then “Proceed to Payment Method,” and finally “Place Order.” After payment on our secure server, a confirmation receipt appears, confirming your order and notifying you that an email confirmation will follow shortly. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of certain products (over 100 units) per order.
Error Correction
You may identify and correct any errors in your data at any time. If an error is noticed after contract conclusion, please contact us.
Section 2 – Contract Archiving and Access
Contracts, order forms, and invoices will be archived on a reliable, durable medium. You have the right to access these documents for orders totaling $120 or more.
Section 3 – Legal and Contractual Guarantees
Legal Guarantees
In accordance with applicable law concerning conformity and hidden defects (see Annex 1), we will refund, repair, or replace any product that is defective, damaged, or does not match your order. Return costs will also be reimbursed upon presentation of proof (photos, videos, etc.). Digital products can not be returned or refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
Liability
We strive to ensure your satisfaction and are responsible for the proper execution of these terms. However, we are not liable for force majeure events, unforeseen acts by third parties, or non-compliance with foreign legislation when delivering to countries outside ours.
Section 4 – Delivery Times, Costs, and Procedures
Delivery Procedures
Physical products will be delivered to the address specified in the order form.
Digital products will be accessed from instant download, therefore there is no need for shipment.
Delivery Time
Delivery will occur no later than the date stated in your order confirmation (17–21 business days). Delays will be communicated via email, and a new delivery date will be offered. If a product is unavailable, we will propose an alternative of equivalent quality or price.
Delivery Costs
Delivery fees vary depending on the product.
Delivery Tracking
For delivery inquiries, contact us by email at info@farobak.com. We also offer a “Order Notification” service with real-time updates (typically one notification every two days).
Section 5 – Pricing
All product prices are in EURO. Please verify import and usage regulations in the destination country before ordering.
Section 6 – Payment Methods and Security
Payment is collected only at the time of shipment. Orders may be canceled freely until dispatched to the carrier. Once dispatched, a confirmation email will notify you that payment will be collected. For digital products, it's instant download, and payment.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or other major cards via our secure partner STRIPE. No banking information passes through our website, ensuring secure transactions.
Security
All payments are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Credit card numbers are not stored on our servers.
Section 7 – Right of Withdrawal
Within 14 days of receiving a product, you may exercise your right of withdrawal without justification or penalty. Return shipping costs are at your expense, but the full amount paid will be refunded within 30 days. Certain products (custom orders, unsealed software, audio/video recordings) are exempt from this right.
Section 8 – Contract Duration and Price Validity
Products remain the property of www.farobak.com until full payment is received via PayPal or Stripe. Prices are valid only while the offer is active and stock is available.
Section 9 – Governing Law / Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively by Norwegian courts.

Section 11 – Personal Data
Personal data is collected for order management and commercial relations. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to your data. Contact customer service with your full name, email, address, and, if possible, your client reference (see “Privacy Policy”).
Section 12 – Supplier & Owner Agreement
a. The supplier and online store owner are each referred to as a “party” or collectively as “parties.”
b. The supplier manufactures and supplies products.
c. The store owner operates websites facilitating search, purchase, and payment of products from suppliers.
d. The parties agree to a drop-shipping cooperation: the store owner transfers customer orders to the supplier, who ships directly to the customer.
e. The store owner acts as an intermediary, facilitating payment and handling returns on behalf of the customer.
f. Farobak buys and rebrands physical and digital products, and then resell them on his website store under producer's terms and conditions.
