Shipping Policy

When you place an order on farobak.com, it is shipped within 24–48 hours by our teams, if it's a physical product.

If the purchased item is a digital product, there there is shipping involved. You will immediately get access to the download space, provided a link where you will download your product.

It is important to note that shipping refers to the departure of your items from us or our suppliers’ warehouses and their handover to the carrier, and not to the delivery itself, which may take between 7 and 14 business days.

If you are not located in Europe, please allow a few additional days before receiving your item. Although 95% of our packages are delivered within 10 days, delivery may take up to 3 to 5 weeks in cases of force majeure (exceptional events, stock shortages due to the popularity of certain products, weather conditions, etc).

Important Information

When you place an order containing different products, it is possible that several of our suppliers may be involved. In addition, in order to avoid high shipping costs due to excessive shipment weight, the different items within the same order may be sent separately. It is therefore completely normal to receive your items individually and at different times.
