Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. This is only applicable for physical products. There are no returns for digital products. Once a digital product is purchased and downloaded, it can not be returned or refund.

To be eligible for a return of a physical product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also preferably be in the original packaging. 

The above eligibility will differ if your item is faulty or damaged upon receipt of the package. In this case, please follow the procedure described in the Exchanges section (below).

Section 1 - Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain timeframe.

Section 2 - Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Section 3 - Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Section 4 - Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective and/or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@farobak.com. In this email, please include your order number (or a copy of the invoice) and proof of the issue (a photo or video of the defective and/or damaged items). Send your item to the address indicated on your package.

Section 5 - Delivery: 
To return your product, please email us at info@farobak.com.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary (24 to 37 business days).

If you are shipping an item worth more than €100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
